The 13th edition of the Human Rights Film Festival Lugano will be held from 11 to 18 October 2026. The festival includes more than forty screenings between Competition, out of Competition, screenings for schools and special events.

The International Feature Film Competition is open to films of all genres, with a minimum running time of 60 minutes. Eight films are selected. The festival programmes films that, due to their artistic quality, can become instruments of denunciation, reflection and dialogue.
