Cristina Pellandini
Is a Swissnational. She holds a law degree from the University of Bern and an attorney at law diploma form the Bar of Geneva. She is now the Head of the Advisory Service on International Humanitarian Law (IHL) of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), a program aimed at supporting State’s participation in IHL treaties and their implementation at the domestic evel.
Working for the ICRC since 1984, she has conducted field missions for the organization in several contexts of Latin America and Asia and has held various functions as legal adviser within the Legal Division at the ICRC Headquarter and in the field.
