Ph.D. (Bern), LL.M. (Nottingham), is a Military Investigating Magistrate within the Swiss Armed Forces and a Public Prosecutor in Canton Ticino. She has previously worked as a legal officer for the War Crimes Unit of the Federal Attorney General's Office, as a legal adviser on the LOAC for the Swiss Defence Dept. and as researcher at the Military Academy at ETH Zurich. She is specialized in the international laws of armed conflict (LOAC), international criminal law and human rights law.
